I’ll be honest I own one 2” drop, and another 2” drop that’s upside down (so a 2” raise) and I’ve always used the raised hitch. U-Haul and plenty of other trailers and it’s been great. Cheaper option than the adjustable ones.- f1racer328

Testing air suspension for leaks?
I’m sure it’s more for stability than aerodynamics, considering our LR4’s have the same drag coefficient as a brick wall.- f1racer328

Anyone end up buying their Grenadier order
I actually love browsing for cars on cars and bids because of how strict they are with their photos. Every car is for the most part presented the same way. I’ve noticed within the past 6 months or so the listing photos have declined in quality, and I hope it doesn’t get any worse.- f1racer328

New engine noise
I’ll be honest when I was broke/unemployed right after Covid hit I ran a bunch of 87 octane through my LR4. Never had issues. Could never tell the difference between 87 and 91. I have always run top tier fuel though, usually from Costco.- f1racer328

2013 auto high beam assist
When you're in park there should be a sensitivity setting. If you don't have that maybe your vehicle doesn't have it?- f1racer328

If JLR made the new D5 all electric, and made it look close to a LR4 I'd be interested... as long as they can do it correctly and give it plenty of range. I just picked up a Rivian R1T and everything is engineered so well, it all works together, everything has a purpose, and it should do great...- f1racer328

Lr4 Brakes
I never really attempted to stop squealing brake pads on my LR4. Chasing the noise seems non stop. These vehicles are heavy and have big brakes. They’re going to make some noise. Under very light braking I hear some squealing if I have the windows down. If they’re up I can’t hear it. Mine also...- f1racer328

Can't get into Extended mode
Just to be clear, you can select access height, normal, and off road heights? Correct? You can’t manually select extended mode. It’s automatic when the vehicle senses that it is high centered.- f1racer328

Only way to get into extended mode is to trick the vehicle into thinking it’s high centered. If you put a jack stand under the frame rail, and hit lower in the air suspension it should sense that. Careful doing this. Then in extended mode, you can go into super extended mode which involves...- f1racer328
