So these are the pictures of the final product. A 3 day job turn into a 7 day but it was done right.

The jack is supported at the base with a but and bolt and at the mid section with a butterfly bolt and its secured by a tow hitch lock.

Looks great. I'd possibly be interested in one of these.

The jack looks a bit off to the side I will go back and have them fix it. I need it straight since I'm planning on putting some roto pax on it.

I still can't believe nobody is fabricating these and selling them.

Any chance a trailer hitch mounted bike rack would still work with a rear tire carrier? Maybe with a long extension?

This looks great! My only call out would be to remember your jack is back there. Good strong branch catches it and things could get interesting.

Great job!

This is a great point. I guess it depends on where you drive. But here in Colorado I have had my share of pinstripes. And when I have my cross bars on I inevitably tear some branches off trees. (I have resorted to not doing forested trails with my rack or crossbars on top.) That Hi-Lift looks like it is itchin' to grab a tree or bush and bring it along. Or maybe this is a way to collect firewood.

I'm going to be putting a Baja rack up there. I might switch to a smaller jack if it becomes an issue
