For reference Benny, I paid $6k more for 3 years newer and 45,000 fewer miles. And that was from a dealership. Certified. Sounds high to me too.

Thanks very much. Really appreciate that. I am defintely feeling I want to low ball them price wise. I really love the LR4. Just would like a fair price. At that mileage too what is too look for? See the work in brakes, rotors, tires??

Assuming they are the same as LR3s, I'd just look at the service records, especially for compressor/suspension and control arms. A dealer (I think) has to have good brakes on it, so that's probably not going to be an issue. I don't know if they have the same front wheel bearing issues - but they didn't go bad on the LR3s until over 90k miles anyways. Heck, you could always go with my old LR3, lose 38000 miles, but save $26,000!
