I have been researching facelifting/converting the front end of my LR3, and in the process have come up with an answer that can help you on this one.
The grille will most likely snap into place on the 2010-13 model, but unless you're upgrading your headlights as well then it would require some customization as the headlights have a different shape to them (more oval as compared to the circular cutout of the previous version.)

They look exactly the same shape to me, but I couldn't tell you 100%.

Try and find a friend with the facelift and see if you can try and swap it out for fitment.
It literally has no screws and snaps in place on both models. Takes 5 minutes max.
