I spent a day at this site last weekend. Pay and play isn't really my thing but I don’t mind sites that try to mimic green lane type terrain to give you that experience.
I will make a video of the full day in due course but we did encounter some pretty serious obstacles that scared the hell out of me. Certainly not what I'd want to run into on a Green Lane.

Generally a big recommend from me though. I really enjoyed the day there.
