I about to put my 2a into a paint shop for a full in and outside re-spray.

The galvanised trim around the windscreen has oxidized and the galvanised strips on the body is very tatty. I am trying to avoid getting it re-galvanised but I would like to tidied it up.

Also the nuts and bolds etc. are rusty so I would like to replace them with stainless but I am not sure which ones to get painted and which ones to leave stainless. I would like to keep it as original looking as I can and I would like to get it painted as it left the factory.

Could anyone give we some advice.
