Can't help you with the wires but would like to ask why you want to install a remote starter? If it is because it is cold out, the worse thing you can do to a Disco is cold start it and let it idle till it is nice and warm inside. Your engine runs extremely rich which cause a lot of carbon build up and tends to foul out the engine oil because of the excess gas thats that works its way into the crank case.
I live in Denver and we have many days of 9 and down to 20 below, and I cold start it , give it about 15 seconds and go. This doesn't hurt the engine, saves gas and keeps my oil a lot cleaner.
Just some food for thought.
