Passenger door stuck shut

I have a '03 disco. The passenger door lock is stuck and the door will not open. I have removed the door card and cannot figure out how to release the lock to open the door. Is there a way to release the lock? thanks

IIRC there is linkage that controls the electric lock. Manually pull on the linkage and that should disengage the lock. If the handle is not disengaging the latch you can open the door by using a screw driver to disengage the latch then spray WD40 in the latch mechanism.
