If you don't like the idea of the SCV-6 that is fine, but this engine mated to the 8 speed tranny will get the job done. There is no lack of power with the benefit of high altitude performance for those of us that need it. 19 mpg at 70 on the highway (flat road) doesn't hurt either. Even if the MPG only goes up by 2, this increases the range 44 miles, which is My main drawback to this otherwise spectacular vehicle.

What the...? What's wrong with these C&D reviewers, complaining about the intrusive DSC that is leading to a .65g result on the skidpad? Their own publication when testing a 2010 yieled .78, I easily assume simply by TURNING OFF the system? Hello? Anyone home guys? lol...

And FYI, .78 is very competitive even today, with SUVs that don't have sport suspension options with very sticky performance rubber.
