I highly doubt you need new rotors at 24,000 miles. Have a tech show you the micrometer readings (thickness) of the rotors to prove that they are outside tolerance.

I also doubt that $700 will get you OEM pads & rotors, and cover labor. That alone is the replacement cost for OEM pads & rotors from discount vendor British Pacific/Atlantic. Labor should run a few hundred more.

I also recommend going with OEM products. I went with aftermarket rotors and pads, and not only do the squeel - but the front rotors warped.
