Hi all,
I recently had the engine in my 1986 Land Rover 90 converted from the original 3.5 to a 4.2 by swaping a bunch of parts from a used 4.2 Range Rover engine. The swap was not complete, we fitted newer model carbs instead of the fuel injection system.
Although performance improved, it was not as drastic as I expected. I am currently swaping the carbs with the fuel injection system. Should I expect a significant increase in power?
I am also fitting a Discovery 1 automatic transmition. What should I expect?
Thanks
