TD 5 Defender 2006

Hallo guys I am a new member. My TD 5 becomes lazy and sluggish after driving long distances. The intercooler I have replaced with a performace one, I have blocked of the EGR and replaced the exhaust box with a free flo.
Odo reading 255000km
Any advice? Thanks
