Two issues with my LR4

Lr4 misfire on all cylinders
When you started up the engine after the timing chain job was the idling smooth ? If yes then you wanna check all the wiring leading to the coils. if engine idling was not smooth then the timing is probably off. -

Leak in right timing cover.
Re-tighten those valve cover bolts all of them all round and clean that area with brake cleaner. Those bolts are aluminum and cylinder head are aluminum so dont tighten to hard. Just have them turn a little bit. -
Transmission Fault on the freeway
Get a second opinion from an Indy...also check your fluid level again and check all the wiring around the tranny. -
Two issues with my LR4
I had a similar issue 2 weeks ago with my transmission not engaging after putting it in Drive on a cold morning (Your second issue). My wife drives the LR 80% of the time so she drives back home after leaving 5 mins prior and says the car is acting funny that each time she stops at a stop sign... -
Ticking nose or just ticking bomb?
I've had the same noise on extremely cold mornings for the last 4 years. It comes on for about 10-30 secs and goes away never to return until another extremely cold morning startup. -

Google didn't help and i dont have a full size spare. I will look under there to see if i have this so called electric motor next to the diff. -

I'm planning to change both differential fluids and the transfer case as well and i'm wondering how do you know if you have an electronic rear locking differential ? My LR is 2012 HSE Luxury limited edition. -
Battery Profile Setting
I changed my battery 2 yrs ago and i did not do anything else. Just took the old one out and connected the new one and no issues to date. -
Rain Water Leak
Interesting, my wife complained about water coming out of the srs plastic cover on the driverside pillar and i thought she was joking, so i guess i have to check the drain around the sun roof. -
Rear brake pad sensor replacement
I replaced my rear brakes and sensor a few months ago and the light went off immediately. Check the connection, if that's secure then you prolly have a bad sensor.
