Anyone done their own spark plugs?

LR3 traction control engaging around corners
Make sure sway bars are still connected, I had one link break and didn't know it. Also larger tires or lifted using rods will cause this issue when rolling fast on a corner. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk -

Fyi, I sold my LR4 for a truck as well, test drove the Colorado Duramax but was not impressed. For the money a full size truck is superior in towing and power, I also looked at Toyotas but higher price and less features is hard to justify. I opted for a Ford truck, more options and better 4wd... -

Don't bother with seafoam, the BG cleaner is what you need to clean injectors, this may be all you need to fix a rough idle. Use Chevron Techron additive every few tanks for maintenace to keep injectors clean. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk -

'06 LR3 Shifting into first gear very late
Yes I'll also 2nd or 3rd the software update, you may also try the battery reset to relearn shift points. Tranny flush helped with smoother shifting on my vehicle as well, I change tranny fluid every 35k - 40k miles. Sent from my SHIELD Tablet K1 using Tapatalk -

Headlights LR4
Yes LED's light output is not focused and blinds oncoming drivers, I highly suggest H9 bulbs with 65 watts output and blue tint. You'll get the whiter look and higher output compared to tinted H11. Does not change the factory light pattern. Sent from my SHIELD Tablet K1 using Tapatalk -

Headlights LR4
I tried lots of bulbs trying to achieve a slightly whiter look to match the LED's, this is the best option I found. These are H9 but fit H11 with a quick trim of connector tab. Blue tint but higher wattage so no loss of light, also great warranty. PERDE H9-65-BX2 Solar Series Platinum Halogen... -

low coolant in 2015 LUX
I don't thinks it's actually the pump but a problem with the seal to the oil cooler, it's a rubber grommet which is just poor design. Any rubber sitting at 200c will only last so long then it shrinks and leaks. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk -

Expanded duties for the bluetooth in the 2006 LR3
My Amazon prime music works great via Bluetooth on LR4, I can view music playing on the screen and navigate using controls. Haven't tried Pandora but it should work the same. I'm assuming the LR3 Bluetooth adapter is not included with your setup? Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk -

Suspension Front Axle on Bump Stops?

275 65 R18 - Drivable on bumpstop in AES Failure?
Look into Proud Rhino bump stop kit, it allows you to drive on bump stops. Some EAS failures will drop to bump stops and others won't, if you hit bump stops with those tires your likely not going anywhere. I have 285/65/18 and tires are firmly in the wheel well on bump stops, any driving would... -

Do you have a local European mechanic? They typically will offer services that the dealer won't and much cheaper. Ask for injector flush or topend service, if your injectors are not cleaned it may cause valve carbon buildup over time and start to lose compression. Sent from my XT1254 using...
