How to sell a 2016 LR4 HSE Silver Edition?

Yes, that too, instead of working harder and further developing, refining, and simplifying already introduced innovations like auto cylinders shut off tech, etc, and working on making larger displacement engines more efficient. You see, all this takes more R&D dollar and more importantly: the...

How to sell a 2016 LR4 HSE Silver Edition?

Disagree. The D4 is not a classic. Age or origination point in time does not matter in D4' case (or any other well designed product for that matter), its the engineering, design, leading to the functionality thats what matters here. If the functionality is current, the design is current and...

Black Friday rim discounts/info! Did some research today...

Liking the TuffAnt' slightly concave/funnel-in design. I will take whatever concave I can get while staying within factory specs. Really liking the non-black, non-powder coated version. Anybody knows if I will need spacers with these? Ideally Id love to be able to use the LR3/4 stock 18"...

    Jalopnik First Drive of LR4

Came across this old one. Is this guy still around writing reviews about things he has no clue about? Unbelievable. Its ******* car critics like him that sometimes causes the manufacturer to make some ridiculous choices and decisions, thinking that thats what the customer actually wants...

    Still apprehensive

From 06 LR3 to now 16 LR4 here as well with only 15.7k so far, and not gonna lie, feelings are mutual. Always have this looming fear that a part can fail at any time, specially the air suspension components, anytime I am thinking about out of town, away from civilization into the desert...

LR4s out there holding their value maybe more than just quite well

Dont shoot it down design wise before seeing one in person. The car definitely has some presence and does look much better in real life, either on the showroom floor or passing by you on the road or parked on the curbside, than in pictures. Its only until you sit on the driver' seat and/or a...

LR4s out there holding their value maybe more than just quite well

Frame being replaced within only fourteen years of service is really not a good example of durability and longevity and should not be acceptable for a $45k-51k plus product (a lot more money at the time and equivalent to what a D5 /Defender costs today) from a prestige, luxury, expensive brand...

LR4s out there holding their value maybe more than just quite well

Yeah I am gonna have to wait this new engine tech out and see how that goes. Not planning to spend any cash on a new LR engine until it matures/gets debugged/things revised, etc. I skipped the first MY 2005 LR3 all together and waited out one full year before I purchased my 06 for the same...

LR4s out there holding their value maybe more than just quite well

Beats me why LR felt the need to offer TDV6 in RRS but not in a model in the entire lineup that needed it the most, aka LR4.

LR4s out there holding their value maybe more than just quite well

Yes but do you also see the level of ridiculous amounts of innovation that that joint constantly pumps out, and as a result, constantly driving and pushing its competitors to strive for their own while keeping them on edge all the time. And due to all this, who wins at the end of the day...

LR4s out there holding their value maybe more than just quite well

That thing is being born one hundred percent and straight out of passion, purpose, and function. Anything that has passion and purpose as its origin is destined to succeed, whether in the short term or the long term, period. And success is not measured by the number of units sold/per year...

LR4s out there holding their value maybe more than just quite well

Its really good enough only if you, a paying customer, are willing to accept it as being good enough. Its never in the hands of the manufacturers. The level of a product' quality is directly related to the level of passivity in its intended target audience.

Definitely should, you may totally fall in love with it. It does have a presence on the tarmac.
