Suspension fault
It seems that you are correct so far. However, you need to check the both front struts and brake light switch. If you wait for too long it might damage the air compressor..- Munshya

Suspension Fault
Start checking from the air suspension compressor maybe it's getting weak and if it's in a good condition , then to air struts all 4. Lastly check for the brake light switch which also gives out the same signal.- Munshya

2008 LR2 HSE HDC System Not Available
I had a similar problem couple weeks ago and the alternator was the reason why.
