    Moving on from the LR4...

So...slight change of plans. After learning that diesel ZR2's won't be built until June and that my local dealers allocations wouldn't allow them to even order until May, I bought a 2013 land Cruiser. If all goes according to plan I'll be back here with it by Sunday and will be selling the LR4...

    Moving on from the LR4...

and into a 2017 ZR2 Colorado with the 2.8 Duramax. Just a better fit for what I'm going to be using the vehicle for these days. Trade plus cash ought to leave me with a nice chunk to build out the new rig. As such, I will have a set of 5 Compomotive's with 265/60/18 Duratrac rubber for sale...

    ProSpeed slider install...

Sweet baby Jebsus. I had no desire to turn this into a ******* match. Everyone chooses their paths for different reasons or perceptions. There is no right or wrong here. Just wanted to share my experience with my choice. End. Of. Story.

    ProSpeed slider install...

Exactly. Just an FYI, ProSpeed has aluminum skid plates in the works that will bolt to the sliders. They have not been released yet but will be soon according to Ben.

    ProSpeed slider install...

Yeah, I'm planning on adding the ProSpeed compressor guard as well as some other underbody gear soon.

The ProSpeed came with rubber strips for the top edge behind the doors, you can see it in the first pic. They're pretty substantial. Guess time will tell if the underside needs it as well. Thanks.

Got any pics of where you added the rubber strips? Skid plates are on the short list here, just not sure which ones I want to do yet.

I'm jealous that you have a local Rover accessory shop. The only Rover guys around here only want to work on the analog type. They won't touch a new rig for all the tea in China. I've literally tried to hand them money to do simple **** like this (time / value equation rarely makes sense for me...
