Have a 16.5 LR4 Landmark. Picked up at the end of April 2016. It now has almost 18k miles.

It is at the dealer having its 3rd new set of rear rotors and 1st new set of front rotors due to warping. I have not towed at all or carried anything heavy inside. I do not brake heavy either. I drive it quite gingerly - I am getting 19mpg. The have checked the temperature after driving and all 4 corners normal. Brake pads wearing normal. They are still trying to find the cause and stated that they have not seen this issue before.

Anyone have a warping issue like this one?

Maybe the caliper brackets are off-center or warped themselves?

I've had similar issues over the past couple years on 2 different LR4s.
An independent mechanic told me it was due to the hubs. LR kept denying it until I moved to NM where they ended up replacing all of the hubs. First both front and then one rear. That solved the rotor warping problem.
On our second LR4, in NY, we've already had to change a hub on the front. Then just recently with 6,000 miles on the rotors the front warped and I was told by the dealer in Syracuse that it's because the Manhattan LR dealership used hard after market pads... new rotors and now about 2k miles on them and we are fine... for now.
Technically rotor warping should not happen unless you're on a racetrack. Most decent mechanics will not talk about rotors warping because it usually isn't the problem.
Never spent so much money on brakes I have to say.
Anyway, good luck to you

They are replacing the rotors and have taken it all apart to figure it out. The found one hub in the rear out of spec and will replace it tomorrow. Not sure how one hub can make all this happen but I am not too bright either.

I would think that if a hub was so gone that it caused a rotor to warp, you'd know it. But I'm not a mechanic, nor do I play one on tv.

They took off all the hubs and measured them. They found one just out of spec. Apparently not so grossly out of spec.

My concern is that all the rotors have been replaced now but if the hub was the reason - why just one hub but all rotors? My guess is that I will be in with the same issue in a few weeks.

So they replaced the front rotors and one rear hub. Took a trip this weekend (90% highway). Rode great for the 1st 200 miles. After that there is now a little vibration when driving and the braking vibration is coming back.

I think the dealer is done with their ideas of what it could be.

What are my options?

As mentioned for me it was the hubs. It could simply be that one of your other hubs is defective without being out of spec (I mean within the margin of error allowed by LR).
Could your rims be out of spec and create uneven pressure on the rotors therefore "warping" them.
LR Albany, NY told me that harder after market pads can be responsible for warped rotors too.
Also check your tire pressure, maybe one of your tire is losing pressure for a reason or another...

The dealer says they are stumped because nothing else is "out of spec" and LR will not pay for something that is not out of spec. They do not know what is causing it and they have stopped short of saying I am SOL. Now my options? Next will be 4th time for same thing - lemon law in my state. Do not want to go that route. Love this vehicle but this has got to stop.
