Range Rover Hse help for Fault ODB codes P2A03 - P2A00 - P0748

HI Dear,
Im Still having problem with my car i alredy change the sensor 1 of bank 1 and the sensor 1 of bank two to clear the ODB error code P2A03 and P2A00 was clear for few days and now have come again the sensors was taken from an accidental car is a second hand i dont know if is in perfect working condition or not but sometimes the error comes and sometimes not but the problem is in the morning the car works perfect and when i run few hours then It looks like the car is warm if im on trafic then the gear just run on the first and second gear i need to pull over the car turn off and wait few minutes when i switch on is working good again till happend the same situation.
I dont know if this problem is really related with the o2 oxygen sensors or there is any fault with my gearbox because now in the morning when i switch on the car in the dashboard comes the message Failsafe program and is block in one gear and the ODB error Code is P0748 - Pressure Control Solenoid Electrical A and then there is a table with adition information that is in Portuguese i translate here Bellow :

Plausibility error - No
Short circuit in the battery - Yes
Open circuit or short circuit to B + - No
Too high value - No
Too low value - No
Value was not changed - False
No error state - False
General fault - No
Fault indicator light (MIL) on request, AT - No
Preset program active - No

In the morning when i clear this error the failsafe program delete and the gear start working good again Should be any problem with the battery? this just happen in morning when i clear the error only come again next morning the voltage of the battery in the mor ing before i start the car is 11.79 V when i put the ignition on change for 13 V

I just really need some help to know what is happend with my car because the mechanics each one give me a different information and i pay allaways to receive the information to try solve the problem but till now nothing is solved.

Sorry for the delay, this is what I got from my very good friend that is a Rover Mechanic:

Tell her to replace the Oil Separator and hoses. Also, check the coils. These are bad about coils.

Once again Thanks alot for your Reply that is help me alot just for my well understanding and as i need to explain to the mechanic in Portuguese These symptoms that i explain on my previous post are not related with a Gearbox Fault or the Baterry or the O2 Oxygen Sensors? I should try to replace the Oil Separator and hoses? could you pleae explain me were is located the Oil Separator and hoses how we proceed to change, i will need to buy a new parts to proceed with this process?

I would have said you need to download the RAVE manual in my signature as it is the land rover repair manual, but the site appears to be down. Let me work out where I can upload the file so you can download it.

Has i told you before Every morning when i going to Work i need to connect the Sacan to clear the error P0748 to allowed me drive well with all gear because otherwise if i do not clear the error on dashbord appear the message Failsave Program..... and the car just run on one gear but today was not need to connect the computer scan and the error the Automatically disappears i just connect the car run with him few block on this looked gear the pull over switch off the igntion then on again and the fault gone can be the battery that ar cause all this situation? as i told you before in morning when i connect the computer the battery appear in orange collor with 11.... Volts whn i switch on the engine change to 13...Volts but yesterday with the engine on was appear 11,71 V and te collor orange I'm worried about buying another battery that is expensive and the problems continue there.

you need to load test the battery. this is the only way to really test a battery.
