So I unfortunately experienced a hit-and-run and had my LR4 in the body shop for repair but when I looked at the fuel cap area these holes (see pic) stuck out at me as not being there before. I could swear that some screw or plug were covering these holes in all four corners.

Would you take a picture of the gas fill area with the door open on your 2013 LR4? The body shop is claiming that it was like that when it came in.

TIA!

Thanks equilibrium! It looks like the body shop dug those plugs out thinking there were screws under them.

Yup, that's the right approach. I'm assuming it was covered by insurance and they are supposed to replace it factory fresh. When I had body work done on my LR3 they missed all kinds of stuff like that. They fixed the ones I noticed, but over the years I'd continually notice things they F&*ked up. Hate dealing with body shops.... They get compensated for all the possible parts, assemblies, labor but they cut out as many things as they can get away with.

Good call asking for forum posts!
