Per the reviews they look like a good winter tire. If your current tires fit and look good then these should as well.

That 225 might be a bit too narrow for the 8" wide factory 18 wheel. It would be more ideal on a 7" wide wheel like the 16" steelies. Then you could just swap the whole package yourself winter-summer without needing to rebalance tires. etc.
