Good morning to everyone, just found a 2008 LR3 HSE and have put a few hundred miles on it, and feeling like a king driving it.
My first Land Rover was a Series IIA 88' petrol, which I owned back in the late 1980's. It was slow, leaked and leaned and came with a hand crank which I used more than omce when the battery discharged itself. I loved the balance and feel of the little beast, but living in Alaska before the internet was a thing meant parts were impossible to find so I let it go to a co worker who whined about it every time it did Land Rover stuff. I never forgot it, but these days just try to buy a Series Landy for less than crazy money, so I thought I would join the 21st century and buy something modernish. I'm glad I did. There's lots of good stuff going on there.
I'm a DIY person so I'm having a look through for the diagnostic solutions that may be needed, and also looking at towing a camper and other small trailers.
