Help me decide!! 2004 RR HSE or 2006 RRS.

I would love to say get the RRS; however, since it is such a new model I am sure that it still has some major gremlins that need to be worked out. That is about as much opinion as I can spare at the moment... :)

    Renting before buying?

Hertz offers the Discovery as a rental in their premium line (but not at all Hertz locations). This may be true for the LR3 as well, just give them a call.

    LR Tow Hitch for LR3

For the wiring harness I would suggest going to your local travel trailer dealer - they install customer wiring harness jobs every day, and they are often much cheaper than your local LR dealer. They did a great job on my install!

Didn't get Owners manual, need to know what a button does?

Could you post a pic of your dash area, being sure to include the steering wheel (particularly the right hand side of the steering wheel)?

2004 Disco SE vs. Chevy Tahoe Z71

I believe that the air suspension is an option on the SE.

2004 Disco SE vs. Chevy Tahoe Z71

Being the of the utilitarian mindset, I would buy the Discovery for the only reason that I would be using it off-road. If your not going to use it for that, might as well save yourself some money. Of course, just my opinion...

Goodyear MTRs & US HSE owners

Do they already make this tire? If not, do you happen to know when they will?

    New Front Winshield

I have replaced 2 heated windshields - one was on a 2000 Discovery, and the other on a 2004 Discovery. Both ran me $600, and I have had them replaced by a local independent guy that my dealer recommended. He is buying the OEM glass, but it just doesn't have the LR symbol on it.

Hot to tell how many times an image has been viewed in my gallery

I know that this count used to be tracked, and I think that it still is - but is there an easy way for me to tell how many times an image has been viewed in my gallery? Thanks Sam, Troy

    Leather seat care

I use towels under both car seats in my LR as well, for my little kids. Plus, it helps catch those fast food french fries that somehow end up under the car seat.

    Leather seat care

I had a 2000 Discovery with about 88K miles on it, tan leather. I had absolutely no cracking in the leather. I used baby wipes to clean the leather, they have a natural conditioner in them. Since I have two young kids, I always have a ton of those wipes ready for use in my LR. Probably the...

    Rover Sport

Takes lots of pics of the RR sport - I would love to see it in action. What days will you be in Moab? Maybe I will venture down again and see if I can find which trails you will be doing... Just to check it out in action, I wouldn't tag along - maybe just happen to be on one of the same trails...

    roof rack installing

I was able to put mine on with help from just one friend and I think all that I needed was a 9mm socket - if I remember correctly?? Total install was about 30 minutes once I adjusted everything a couple of times.

    Heavy Duty Package

An option for the locker would be adding something aftermarket - like an ARB air locker or a Detroit locker. This would be cheaper than through the dealer, and both companies have been around for a long time (so their lockers are great quality).
