OK same thing happened to me. This is what you do. The entire piece pops out. Unplug the dc connector. Turn it upside down and pat on the back of it. Mine came right out. If it is the entire thing and its tight in there you may have to order that piece. Its very easy to remove and... -

Yes They Are Oil Filled. My 05 Lr3 Is At Lr Right Now Getting The Control Arm Replaced Because Of This On Driver Side. Same Thing 6 Months Ago With Passenger Side. It Is Leaking Oil From The Oil Filled Bushing. Thank God For My Ford Esp. -

What was W4W reason for not paying the claim....ALSO, I BOUGHT THE FORD EXTRA CARE AT 67K MILES AND IT WAS 4/48000k miles. THIS DOES COVER AIR SUSPENSION BUT NOT HEIGHT SENSORS. SO YOU CAN STILL GET A GOOD ESP WARRANTY AFTER 60K. I HAVE USED IT MANY TIMES AND THEY AL|WAYS PAY. -

I would suggest buying a FORD ESP Extra Care warranty. I had 68k miles on my 2005 lr3 back in April and paid $3000 for a 4yr/48K with $50 deductible each time its in the shop NOT for each issue. So far I have nitpicked the hell out of it and gotten a/c compressor, bushings, ect. done to a tune... -

LR3 V8 BURNING HALF A QUART EVERY 1000 miles?
Hey guys thanks for the responses. I do not see any white smoke out of the exhaust ever so I can not pinprtoint when it does it. LR dealer told me its normal to use a quart every 7500miles. This is going on every 2k so I am going to bring it in. I have a Ford ESP warranty which is better... -

LR3 V8 BURNING HALF A QUART EVERY 1000 miles?
I have a 2005 v8 Lr3 that burnes about a half quart of Castrol 5w30 every 1000 miles. Truck has 78k miles, runs like new, and doesnt leak oil. HAS anyone had or have a problem like this and or any advice for what I should do? Thanks in advance. -

GO with the Ford ESP. I got 4yrs/48k miles EXTRA CARE for $2700. I got it at 67k which means im covered till 115k miles. In the first 2 months I have had over $3500 worth of work done to my 2005 lr3. Bushings,a/c compressor, ect...The BEST PART is that FORD never gives any problems paying...
