    well.. if you ever sent me that debug sheet.. ;) What is calibrated anyway? if it was corner height sensors, I'd get it.. but a compressor is a compressor.. it just pumps up to some pressure and shuts off.. Not trying to argue.. just trying to understand.. And thank you ;)

    Oh BTW.. Im of course assuming the gauge reads relative pressure, not absolute .. but still 89KPa is what like 10psi??

    Hi all.. Im still here. :( So now almost every time I start, I get the suspension error. Compressor runs for 5 sec or so.. then ding.. suspension error. The pressure starts at 89KPa, and builds to 300+, then ding.. and it bleeds down back to 89KPa.. The ride height slowly leeks down...

    I am thinking the same thing... but... 1. The compressor pumps up to 1750KPa (abt 250 psi), and then sloooowly (over 5 mins) press bleeds down to about 15 psi , WHERE IT STAYS.. for next 20hrs when tested. And the compressor doesn't kick back on. So.. it does act like a simple leak, except...

    I see.. it's a brand name. Not sure if i930 lets me see or change the calib yet. But even if it did, I dont understand the procedure..

    I dont know what you are talking about.. sorry ;) Please explain.. EAS calib values.. how is that computed? Why would it change if I replaced the compressor? What's the IID tool? Not even sure if Im asking the right questions, can you please explain what you know abt the calibraiton? TIA

    yes sir.. at both normal and offroad height they were +/- 5mm from each other. at normal, they were around +3 or 4 on 3 corners, and -3mm on one.. so within spec. And no.. I didnt 'recalibrate' anything.. I dont know how..

    thanks for replying. The new compressor runs, but it seems to cycle up to 1750KPa (sometimes it cuts off at 1000KPa.. but I think it's transients or press sensor).. But then the pressure bleeds down to 120Kpa (thats like 15 psi).. dont believe that!!. No apparent change in 'normal' height...

    OK.. the compressor is in... It runs. but.. first, it ran for at least 3 mins, and the suspension didnt come off the bump stops. When I selected offroad height, it pumped up in 10-15s to full height and shut off. Then I selected normal height, and it bled out air, until it stopped at a nice...

    yup indeed.. on of the motor brushes burnt off, even burnt the pcb base it was sitting on. plenty of meat on the brushes.. and Im pretty sure it's already a replaced unit (since it was mounted w only 2 bolts).. So Im concerned.. maybe a leak? and/or clogged exhaust? Thanks.

    thanks. but I dont even hear it running. not even humming. There's voltage on main supply line.. I presume it's always there, and control comes on the other connector
