Help!! Suspension fault
well if it lowers I' guessing it must be an air leak, the air valve is actually in the front right side, so it may be worth checking it- BearishDriver

@houm no bloody way mate the struts were leaking, an IIDtool cannot seal the leaks, full stop. The compressor... well, who knows perhaps I'm unlucky but most likely it was fault of the rubbish Mexican mechanics who are proper scum. anyhow, knock on wood (bloody hug and eat wood at this point)...- BearishDriver

front pads where changed, when picking it up I saw the yellow light on again. The suspension is ALL NEW, valves, compressor, struts, WTF? it was working properly yesterday!! hello dthomp87, ahmmm as far as I know, the wheel arches are the same without the texture so you can just paint them or leave them that way, there are actually some lr4s that use the old ones (point in case: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4LPZiq3HeV8) if you actually go off-road I recommend...- BearishDriver

hahaha mate go on to the LR3 forum you can read my story of a brand new AMK failing, I'm on my 2nd AMK in less than 6 months (and still have a suspension fault but I am sure it is not the compressor), 4th compressor overall, the EAS system is a bloody joke for us who go off road often.- BearishDriver

yes, probably... Those 500 usd seemed like far more than what the indy, or the dealer for that matter, would charge in mexican pesos to do the job. Anyhow, I discovered another random thing today: I finally got it (partially) into access mode but it only lowered the front of it, the rear remained at standard height... I remember it had a 60 amp before when the hitachi was fitted... I wil change it ASAP then. I was asking because I had no idea if changing to the AMK meant changing the FL10 as well...- BearishDriver

Found out that someone changed the fuseable link FL10 which is supposed to be a 60 amp for a 50 amp. Was this supposed to be done? I understand that only the relay was to be changed when "upgrading" to the AMK Should I get a 60 amp again or is the 50 amp the one supposed to be there? Thanks!!- BearishDriver

Air Compressor and any high ticket item before warranty runs out?
I've replaced 3 air struts, one valve block, and the compressor twice. Also check the thermostat on the cooling system, it is prone to leak. If they tell you no replacement is needed try to replace all of this anyway as it will fail sooner or later- BearishDriver

that valve is the one that was hanging loose instead of properly secured on its place, so it may be that when I was arranging it into place I "fixed" one of the cables but not all. I also suspect it has something to do with the software, so I will visit the dealer and ask them to reflash it...- BearishDriver

very little progress tbh, the fault persists I will take it to the stealership whenever I have time even tho I my hopes are low, mexican mechanics are mediocre and ignorant as you cannot imagine.
