Special Program Error, but goes away on Restart

Wont Start - Fuel Pump Relay Grounding Issue?
Truck wont start. Cranks fine. I've found some strange behavior in the fuel pump relay socket. the voltage is there but the ground must be bad because it wont trigger the relay, but when i jump the relay ground to proper ground and use 12 volts from the relay socket, the relay triggers. This... -

Lr3 Inertia Switch Location?
My truck doesnt start, I hear this could be an issue but I cannot find it? The truck cranks fine but never start. swapped out relays, jumped the pump relay. Nothing. it seems like the relay isnt getting sufficient power. I'm pretty confused because the relay seems to be getting 12v but doesnt... -

Suspension fault error code? Screenshot

I know a few people have done this. Im seriously considering it. Im hoping that I can just modify the fender panels by cutting them a little bit to fit the taller bumper. Any body know if this is possible? If not I probably wont do the conversion as new panels and paint would basically double...
