Bump Stops Question
Thanks for the suggestion. After you suggested this, I tried to twist the crap out of that knob back and forth and in the process my 3 amigos went away.(previous owner must have spilled something sugary. Anyone using 285/60/18 BFG AT KO2s?
The tires are .79 inches wider than 265/65R18. I would recommend adding at the minimum some 3/4 inch spacers to avoid any potential rubbing. -

3/4 inch should be plenty. As long as you're leaving your rods in. -

Does this sound like a legitimate fault?
It sounds as if the actuator is engaging when I put the key in, and then trying to engage again after I start it. It might just be the splines themselves that are screwed up from the actuator trying to "double engage" not sure why it would do that though. I bought it as-is knowing that it... -

Ahh, I see. Well I guess I'm going to pull it this weekend and see what's up with it. I bought this LR3 in December and have already dropped $3500 into it (transmission replacement, relays, brake switch, etc.), not looking to spend anything else right now lol -

Preventive Maintenance Questions
I would say drain and fill the tranny. Replace the filter. For the love of God, replace the filter. I would look into an all aluminum radiator and a stand alone transmission cooler. It turns out, these transmissions are prone to glycol contamination. -

Brake Switch didnt help, Brake Bulbs didnt help...What Next??
If you can fork out around $200, you can get an iCarsoft diagnostic tool that will read all of the modules for you. It will allow you to work on your own brakes as well. -

I went ahead and ordered an iCarsoft diagnostic tool. The tool I had apparently is a knock off version of it and only reads 4 of the modules. This new one HOPEFULLY will help me narrow down the problem. I also got this amazing pdf manual that has all of the wiring diagrams for the 3. If anyone... -

I'm not sure if it's factory or not, how would I know for sure? I doubt it's original. It's an '05 with over 200k. I'll check that negative connection in the morning. Terminals are good and tight. I'll have to wait until this weekend to check the charge after a day of driving. I work from home... -

Thanks Bill, I think so too. Problem is I just bought it. So it's making me think it's not. idk. I just did the 753 hack and with the key off it shows 12V and when I start it, it jumps right up to 13.5V. Is that what I should be seeing with the hack? -

So I took the 3 up to autozone to have them check the alternator and battery for me. They said that both were good, but the battery was exceptionally low. So I purchased a 2/6/12 battery charger/maintainer. It works with both lead acid and AGM. When I first put it on the battery, it was at 72%... -

Bump Stops Question
Update: I guess it's a leak. When on the bump stops, how much of a gap should there be between the tire and the fender cowl? I can get 4 fingers comfortably between 3 of my tires, but only 2 between 1 of my tires. Am I not really on my bump stops? The tires are all the same size. -

So I noticed this morning that the PS front corner is lower than the rest. I connected my diagnostic tool and as it was reading codes, that corner pumped back up even with the others. Then I disconnected my reader and it dropped back down....any ideas? Maybe I damaged a height sensor somehow? -

That would definitely explain why it lit up just a moment prior to the left and right. I performed a reset by pulling the battery cables and connecting to each other for 2 minutes. When I reattached the cables, it caused my nav (with logo) and radio to light up and they would not turn back off... -
