Final update. Used Snap-on OBD II to diagnose, reset and followed the engine componets. All were working properly! I know this thread may sound like a lot of whining but you need to know my local LR dealership was either straight up lying to me or they don't have any idea what they are...- Stewmeat2

Tensioning pulleys
I only have info for the Freelander TD4 engine. hopefully this would help? I unable to attach the pictures from my service manual that accompany these 2 belts. Everything is tough to access. If one need into the timing belt. Now, we're going to need some time; and beers! :help: While mainly the alernator and sometimes the top engine mount need to be removed to get your hands down to the fan belt.- Stewmeat2
