Uneven Wear in Front Brakes - anyone else?

Hello from Vancouver BC
i jusr made a deal on a 2012 LR4 HSE with 69000 kms... Picking it up next week. Very excited as I literally looked for 5 months and saw 25 vehicles across canada then found this one 20 km from home.
