I installed a set of Open Country A/T III 255/60 19 last week and the ride is worlds better than my Open Country H/T and Cooper Zeons.
Wheels where refinished/straightened and the tires were road force balanced on a Hunter.
Your wheels are not balanced correctly.
This^ What is the top right button? If you had a heated windshield, you should have the button.
Being you had a replacement windshield to begin with. The Plinkington being replaced might have not been heated even if the original was heated. My heated windshield part number is 4ER-001588...
Disassembled to wrap the trim. Front doors have 5 screws.
'1 behind door pull , 2 and 3 under chrome handle caps, 4 and 5 at the bottom of the door.'
The hardest part is removing the door lock trim assembled. You slide it back to remove it. Once it's off you can remove the trim.
I wrapped mine with black gloss vinyl. Door cards come off easily. You slide the trim pieces to remove them. Trim by the screen just lifts off.
The door is sealed all the way up. No openings like you find in other vehicles.
I got these.

I have aftermarket extended rails.no issues looks like they were made in the same factory. No issues with installing. Grabbed used LR cross bars and factory cargo cover off EBay.
I've had it cloud and spot the clear coat on wheels years ago. Stopped using it since there were better options.
Looks like you aren't the only one with issues. https://expeditionportal.com/forum/threads/compomotive-issues.168322/
