Bad Oxygen sensor...bank 2 sensor 2
Seriously like tlt said. I failed emissions cause of that code. I bought some BG44k with some shell premium gas. Went back couple days later and passed. My oxygen sensors were new so I knew that wasn't the cause. -

Horn issues
Probably new horn. Mine does the same thing. I did what you did to trouble shoot. About $120 for both at roverparts.com -
Lower control arm or torque converter?
Classic bushings. Call roverparts.com and get the new arms and new hardware. I also did the inner and outer tierods and end links. Total in parts was about $950 ship. Do it once and be done for another 60-70k when they usually fail. Shame on rover for that stunt. Only use for warranty... -

Bad Idle AFTER changing spark plugs - Help appreciated
Always check the gap. Pregap plugs can get shifted around during storage. Did you try unplugging the battery for a reset? Shouldn't have to but these trucks are so iffy. -

Too high. These thing come a dime a dozen when they hit 100k. Cause of the up keep. I had a 99 4.6 bosch and loved it when it ran. Put about another $3 k into it and it still broke my will. ABS problem
from what he is saying my guest is a p38. Your best bet is to go get the codes read from a indy mech. Check out rangerovers.net this is a hugh topic over there. I have the same problems on my 99. Change out parts and lights are still on. Gonna get them read again and hopefully cleared. Good luck- lowwill

99 Range bosch 4.6 driver actuator?
just unlocks driver door. So when I open the driver door it sets the alarm off. Now with my old 98 disco the previous owner just disconnected the acuator so when you uesd the key only the driver door would unlock. No alarm though but least it was locked. Last lock out I ripped the panel off...- lowwill

99 Range bosch 4.6 driver actuator?
Been lock out of my truck a couple of times and was wondering if the actuator was bad. I dont have a remote and was gonna order 1 for $315 from dealer. Now would the remote work if the actuator is failing or is it unlocking the system on a different frequency? Trying to go the cheaper route...- lowwill

Suspenion Height?
Yeah so I measured the rear end of the truck from ground to top of roof line. 78 3/4". Sun visor says at stock form(factory?) it should be 76''. So my guess is about 2 3/4'' raise. Give or take. Think about ground level tires/preasures so on. Just an estimate.
