main thing to be aware off - all the sludge will try to get into your face. Wear goggles and head wrap or something. Use gloves. Other than that - its dead simple 13mm 12pt extension wrench will get it all out.. tube will be sticking right into your face once you drop pan. You cant miss it... -

Well think of this - it is starting. It is cold. Only way cold temp sensor can send failing value - is if all the sudden has resistance dropped. However metals, when oxydating or after repeated heat/cold cycles normally would actually gain increased resistance. Plus on cold start - ECU... -

Modifications
rear locker cant be done for that price, unless you find used one (sorry - sold mine). i'd suggest stick in front LSD, if you feel like you may need lockers for yer type of offroading. Or you can buy good set of tires, hi-lift + kit. -

Answer is - easy. Its right next to distributor. Drawback - to get easy access you need to remove distributor cap, and most likely - pull out coolant upper hoose, and remove housing for thermostat... while at it pony up about 50$ and replace ignition modulator :) Its on back of... -

Naah.. mine is D1.. i replaced both rods with HD version off DAP Inc about year ago. Stock links for both models weak at best. If you do rock trails, or have habbit of turning wheels while track isnt moving - you better grab HD... They arent that heavier, they will get your steering dampener... -
Magnaflow Cat-Converter
When you replacing cats - you can ask nicely muffler shop folks to check out flow in rest of system. If they arent complete gitts - they will do it for free right there. But most likely thats what it was - either matrix fell off and blocking muffler flow or muffler's packing material gave up. -

Naah.. i didnt install them. After some consideration i figured that i'd better spend money for coated headers :) Altough i think there is other source than what Joey used. But its gonna be investigated next year, or so. -
Help needed with 95 Disco
Loose or corroded battery terminals wont cause dimming of light. Would cause stating issue. If they are dimming - either draw is going of the battery, or not enouth juice in alternator in general. Or rpms dropping due suffocating/ hard rotating.. -
Ignition Control Mod Placement
Eric if its on side of your radiator - someone already tried to move it to fix hot starting problem. Amplifier originally for our years - on side of distributor. -

No problem. To check if its alternator or not - just go to Autozone and get them to check it for free ;) MG makes good output alternators, but as was mentioned - their customer service SUCK. There are few other options on market for high output, but if you dont have winch and stuff - i'd... -

Alternator is about to be utterly dead, either that, or its good time to clean/replace IAC and other air tidbits. May be worthy to do plugs/wires while at it. -

Basically - if i ever would get another disco with lift - i'd buy scropion racing kit (springs, shocks & etc) in heart bit. These guys know their stuff and their products are awesome.
