    Josh, the warranty starts ticking on the "in service date" of the car, when it first got sold or titled or used as a fleet loaner by LR/dealer. It's not the model year, but the actual date that you need to know, as some cars are sold very late in the year or early the next year, even.

    With some Audis, we could adjust the calculations for error using a programming tool. Lots of folks did so on the forums. Just estimations, make of the computer readouts what you will. I still calculate each tank the old fashioned way on every car.

    Alignment procedure posted separately by me, search. I doubt any dealer does the close tolerance alignment unless somehow enlightened or told to by LR rep, dealer techs don't seek to take 2 hrs to do a 45 minute job for no extra job pay, if you can process that logic.

    You can search tight tolerance alignment here. It's done with the dealer's computer hookup to your car. Likely won't happen, even, they'll just do the usual since service bays produce profits by getting it done fastest. Was a TSB that tells dealers how to do it.
