1997 HSE 4.6 possible fuse??

Hello my name is Ray and I'm new to this forum. I have a 1997 4.6 HSE and had a check engine light appear (about 10 hours after being in quite a rain storm). The next morning when I went to start the truck, I have no climate control, radio, no power windows/roof, etc.

Has anyone experienced this? or have any advise please? - thank you
