How many miles, and other info other than it is an 04 Disco?

It's 140k+ and I am being financed. The total price is 7200, the heads have been re surfaced and the whole engine was torn down. I don't have a list of repairs at the moment but I know they where extensive. It's black on black trail edition headliner was also done as requested

Just remember that with 140k miles, that the transmission and Transfer case has also driven that far. If they haven't had the fluids changed regularly then I wouldn't touch it. I am sure they will Claim the transmission is sealed, but how long does hydraulic fluid last?
Also for about 2 grand more you can buy a new LR3 with half the mileage.
