Cranking Noise when Accelerator is Pressed Down

When I press down the accelerator to speed off I hear cranking noise as my LR3 2008 model speeds off, with my side windows wound down, but the noise disappears immediately I release the accelerator and just press it down gentle, but I don't hear this noise when the windows are wound up. Is this normal? The LR3 temperature is normal, it does not go beyond the middle reading on the dash board

I don't know what a cranking noise sounds like, but what kind of gas are you using? How many miles? Ever had the throttle plate cleaned?

133,000 miles, Premium Motor Spirit, I bought the car three years from USA, I don't know if the throttle plate has been cleaned
