Cruise control fuse

My cruise control main switch blows when I depress it. I've changed the fuse with the right fuse. And blows again any help would be greatly appriciated. Very frustrating .....

Check the vacuum pump to make sure it isn't shorted out.

Just heard from a good friend, it is either the button itself of the fuse box...

If you have replaced the switch then more than likely the fuse box. Sadly the D2's are known for water getting into the fuse box and causing corrosion.
