Help identify this part from 2010 LR4

I was inspecting our LR4 today and I found this piece of bracket that appears to be detached from a rubber bushing. Trying to find a replacement so I could do the work myself but need help to identify this part. It’s located below the engine it’s like a bracket securing some rubber hose. See pic below. It’s that whole rusty part. Any help would be much appreciated.

Seems like there are several versions of the parts catalog. I’ve been looking but the part is not even specified and looks like it’s part of the power steering hose. Would you be kind enough to post which part store this you reference your diagram or the part number of part #10? Thanks
