How do you clean seat covers?

I have a stain on one of my seat covers. I am not sure what it is, and was wondering what you all have tried to clean them off. Also, I am looking for a back seat cover since I only bought the front ones. Does anywhere sell the back one by itself?

Dry cleaning helps. I used TurtleWax dry cleaning spray thingy to get stains out from me cloth seats, before i but covers on.

Rear seat covers - you can find them on ebay, or you can watch roversnorth/atlanticbritish for it. I think RN in fact has rears only on regular sale, and AB used to have some in deals section a while ago.
