Has anyone rec'd their 18b update?
What is the latest version prior to the 18b?

Mine was just updated. Home screen looks different. What I noticed so far is that I lost the climate menu, so I no longer can control the rear seat climate. Was told this is a move to have one system and they used the Velar system. Think the issue is that the Velar has a second screen for climate. So since the D5 does not, it looks like I lost that functionality.

Unfortunately I was told this would fix my system from crashing, but it did it again an hour after I got the car back.

Seems like a step backwards.

Since mine was updated 3 weeks ago, it had one major crash (never happened in previous version) a week after install and then all has been near perfect.

The climate control is there. Use the blower location button under in the main A/C control area. No functionality was lost.

Hi all,
Picked up a screw in one of my tires and had the dealer plug it for me. I am due in next month for my first year service and my sales guy told me that there is a bunch of software updates to be done and a new one coming that includes Apple CarPlay in a few weeks.

Any idea how far back that update will go in terms of vehicle age? I have a 2013 lr4.

I was told it would be a software update for ICTP, not sure about earlier years.

Just had my first year service today and now have Apple Carplay. All appears to be working as it should.
