Land rover discovery series ii- 2002

i need some help because my mechanic have tried everything by putting a new fuel pump kit w/ filter, starter, spark plugs w/ wires. And he has tried everything he knows to get it to start.
But it still isn't firing up at all, so he's at a stand still. Where can i get a manual, plus the proper codes: 1842, 1843? Are there
any other codes that goes to this truck?

Welcome to the forum. Download the RAVE manual in my signature. I moved this thread to the correct section.

Try starting in Neutral also if the battery isn't new replace it or make sure it is fully charged.

those are transmission type codes normally associated with a battery issue.
