Need help on price of 1971 IIA short wheel base

Hey all - I'm not real computer savy, but I have a 1971 IIA with a short wheel base, it runs well, and has less that 20,000 miles on it. We(my son and I) are considering selling the vehicle, but don' really know how to price it. Everything is original, but the interior is somewhat deteriorated. It really hasn't been used for about 10 years, and it has been stored inside. No rust, but it needs a new paint job. Can anyone out there help?

Pics and location would help, but basically it really matter type of shape it is in. Any rust on the firewall or frame?

It has been in New Mexico & Arizona for the last 20 years, it is all original and there is no rust at all.
