Hi not sure if I am posting in the right place but here goes

I am looking at buying a 2001 Land Rover Freelander 1.8, it's had a new engine in 2006.

Now my question is would this car be now ok or could it now have more problems I have seen the bill which came to £2000.

Thanks

Best place for this would have been in the Freelander section, but either way... Unless you find a freelander with a Diesel, I would not recommend it. They tend to have major engine and transmission issues with the Petrol models.

Thank you

I have slept on it all night and having read some of the post, I think I will do the right thing and not buy it. I have just got rid of a problem car having spent more than £4000 on it and it's only worth £1000.MGF 1.8 VVC
