Range Rover drivers window won't close

I have a2016 Range Rover. I put my window down today and in won't go back up. In addition my windows controls on my door don't work at all. Does anyone have advice before I need to go to the dealer ?

If it will not go up at all then I sadly say call or go see the dealer, if it was a limit thing you could press and hold the down window button for a few seconds and it should beep, then raise it till closed and hold till it beeps. But if it will not close at all I am not sure that will work.
