rear crankshaft oil seal

I have a 83 Series ex-mod here in Virginia USA. I'm replacing the rear crankshaft oil seal and the 5-bearing engine supplement says nothing of using hylomar on the seal. What do you folks do? Hylomar blue or not? Thanks.

No sealant on the seal oil pan only and use some thing better than Hylomar
