Rosen Entertainment System - Won’t Read Disk

Hi there, I recently purchased an ‘08 Range Rover Sport with a Rosen Entertainment System. Tried to use the system for the first time this evening, unfortunately it will not read any of my DVDs or CDs. I am located in the UK so Region 2 disks. The system appears to be live, accepts the disk, but just ejects it after a few seconds. Tried a number and f disks which work fine on my home entertainment system. Hope someone out there has a simple solution for this, though I suspect it may end up costing me at a Land Rover dealership

I had the same issue and ended up buying a new system. I actually had to get it off EBay; LR3 system wasn’t made anymore.
