LR discovery 2 rotating squeaking when coming to stop not sure but the rotor bolt is striped so not sure how tight or loose it is but it stops any idea's what else is rotating in the driver's side front end

Are you talking about that small set screw for the rotor? That doesn't really do all that much and the rotor is mainly held in by the wheel.

OK so after looking things over the small figure 8 looking piece of metal on the break was bent and now broke off still fits in and stops so I am not sure if that even matters I had the drive line rebuilt some noise was from there the front end all over
