Hi,
I'm a new owner of a very old Series III.
I want to be able to pull out onto the highway without getting killed and am considering a V8 upgrade (Land Rover V8).
What can be done to the existing plant to make it more highway friendly? Can ANYTHING be done to make it highway driveable or should I upgrade to a V8?
If so, any advice you can pass along would be helpful. I only want to do this once...whatever "this" is (overhaul or upgrade).
