wrenching on the wabco

So does anyone know anything about the wabco unit on the disco II 99
and on? I would like to flush the unit but apparently without a testbook that
is not possible. Looks like many folks have had problems with these units
do they really block up or do the vavles just break. Has anyone rebuilt one
I use to rebulld master cylinders but now they are so cheap it is not worth it.
However at 2300 for the wabco unit from the dealer I need another alternative. Really do not want to buy a part and even if I do looks like it would have to go back to the dealer.

Oh come on does'nt anyone want to talk about the wabco thingy. Seems to be a problem and nobody has taken one apart yet. BA is offering a kit does anyone know what the installation is all about.

I know for one, I can't help... Having not worked on the Wabco ABS unit.... and having disabled the ABS on my D1.... I personally don't like ABS and try my best to avoid it. Right up there with Airbags in my opinion....
